What Our ClientsSay About Us
I have been living in Frazier Place for a few months now and have loved it. It is a quiet and spacious building among the hustle and bustle of downtown. The location is perfect and the rooftop deck is beautiful.
Great views and right in front of Coolidge park. You honestly can’t beat the location. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance.
I just moved to Chattanooga in February and did a very thorough search for an apartment both before and after I got here. Although there are lots of great apartments out there, I feel very strongly that I made the right choice in choosing to live in Frazier Place.
This is great if you guys love activities socially and recreational. This Frazier Place is located in the heart of tourism. There are plenty of activities especially in the summer time.
These are the biggest apartments that you can get downtown for the price. I've lived in both a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and a Studio and they were both big enough for all of my stuff. The views of Coolidge Park from my apartment are second to none and the Wifi/parking included is a real bonus as well.
Conveniently located on Frazier Avenue with the Theater Center, Coolidge Park and the Tennessee River behind it with easy access to some of the best restaurants in town, Publix and a gas station. Given the choice, I would rather live in this area than anywhere else in Chattanooga.
